I’ve got another quick video rant for you guys this week.
It’s on a simple little trick I give to all of my best private clients, so make sure you hop in the pool and try this one out. I call it “The Reach Hack.”
We all usually assume that our front crawl technique is as good as it’s ever going to get. It’s the way we’ve always done it, so it must be right… am I right?
Realize that by changing how you do arm circles, you can drastically change the efficiency of your front crawl.
The simple change you should make is to reach FARTHER than you currently do in the water so that your stroke length is longer. Longer stroke length = more momentum from each pull.
